SL04 Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings

SL04 series cylindrical roller bearing is a double-row full complement cylindrical roller bearing with one outer ring and two inner rings. After assembly, the bearing is kept as a whole by an internal locking structure. The outer ring is equipped with snap rings, and the joint between the two inner rings is provided with an oil hole and an oil groove, thereby simplifying the design of the application part.
These bearings are sealed on both sides and filled with lubricating grease. The sealing structure can be divided into stamped steel plate non-contact seal, rubber contact seal and ester contact seal. The surface of bearing parts can be phosphatized to ensure that the bearing can adapt to outdoor environment.
This kind of bearing has extremely high radial bearing capacity and impact resistance, and can withstand bidirectional axial load and appropriate tilting moment. The outer diameter of the bearing can be added with snap rings, which is easy to locate axially. It is mainly used for applications of rope pulley and pulley block.

SL04 series bearings are of sealed structure and filled with lubricating grease. The inner ring of the bearing is a coupling part with four ribs, which is integrated by a connecting ring. The outer ring has an integral middle flange, which serves as the rib of the rolling elements on both sides. There is a large distance between the two rows of rollers of the bearing, so this kind of bearing can also bear the appropriate tilting moment. Some products can be coated with special coating to be suitable for working conditions with severe corrosion. This series products are mostly used in hoisting and transportation machinery, such as rope pulley and pulley block.
